Position Summary

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This includes Antepartum Labor Delivery and Newborn Nursery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
Minimum of six months to one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital Medical/Surgical or L&D setting is required.
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
