Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a premium wellness studio in Riyadh. As a valued team member you will be responsible for leading dynamic Reformer Pilates classes supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals and upholding the studios commitment to excellence and wellness innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified in Reformer Pilates (Balanced Body STOTT BASI Polestar or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a professional studio setting.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and movement principles.
- Energetic professional and client-focused with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and medical backgrounds.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh and commit to a 2-year contract.
- Conduct maximum of 6 Reformer Pilates classes per day 6 days a week.
Accommodation & Transportation Details:
- Shared Accommodation in a prime Riyadh location:
- Private bedroom and bathroom.
- Shared living and kitchen area.
- Transportation provided for those staying in company housing.
- Alternative housing: Employees opting to live outside will not receive additional housing allowance (already included in the salary).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver safe engaging and progressive Reformer sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
- Guide clients on proper alignment breathing and posture.
- Assist in private sessions and support clients with injury prevention and recovery goals.
- Promote studio programs and encourage client retention through excellent service.
- Participate in ongoing training events and workshops hosted by the studio.
