Job Summary

Job Description:

Our client are seeking a Drive Test Analyst (DTA) to support telco company projects in Malaysia. The candidate will analyze drive test data identify issues and prepare reports to support RF optimization.

Responsibilities:

Analyze drive test logs to detect coverage interference and quality issues.
Generate post-processing reports using standard tools.
Work with DTE and RF engineers to provide actionable insights.
Deliver accurate analysis and meet project deadlines.
Ensure all reports comply with project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in drive test analysis.
Strong knowledge of LTE/5G KPIs and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Genex Assistant and Nemo Analyze.
Attention to detail with good teamwork and reporting skills.
