The role is responsible for working closely with the Sales and the IT teams to support automation system design User Acceptance Testing Pilot launches user training and query resolution. It is also responsible for creating & publishing dashboards on system and usage patterns as per defined timelines.

Job Challenges: Driving and tracking usage among a large and widely distributed sales workforce
Multiple projects running simultaneously and shifting of business priorities often results in delays in implementation/execution of the projects within the set timelines.

KRA2 | Liaising with the IT team during system development conducting UAT supporting pre-launch activities | in conducting pilot launch in selected geographies. adherence to delivery timelines for UAT & implementation. the UAT to ensure system requirements have been met. feedback and data basis the UAT to provide inputs for improvisation before the launch of the project. the roll-out of pre-launch activities including communication mailers awareness campaigns etc. in driving roll out of the launch across the country seamlessly by coordinating with various departments/stakeholders. |
KRA3 | Driving usage Query resolution tracking looping in feedback post-launch for system improvements | that the system is implemented effectively and driven among the sales force. queries during the launch period and tracking of end to end process adherence that the all queries of the field related to sales automation are resolved accurately in creating FAQs for end users feedback after launch for bridging the gaps and strengthening the system |
KRA4 | Monitor usage and continuously work on achieving usage goals | usage patterns across geographies on agreed frequency with end users proactively basis analytics of usage & take corrective action including escalation matrix to channel leadership. in preparing presentations for the Steercom on the progress and set up meetings for interventions/support that may be required from them from time to time. |
KRA5 | Create dashboards and MIS reports | that accurate dashboards are prepared to track the usage of processes by coordinating with various stakeholders assist in creating other MIS reports within the given timelines |
