Senior Solicitor/Associate (2-6 PQE) Construction & ProjectsBuild your future where the foundations are strong and the disputes are even stronger.
Were looking for a Senior Solicitor/Associate (26 PQE) with a passion for high-stakes disputes tight deadlines and complex contracts to join our market-leading contentious construction team in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team known for its exceptional work in construction disputes across Scotland. Youll work alongside recognised experts on some of the most exciting and complex contentious matters in the market advising clients on strategy risk management and dispute resolution across high-value and often high-profile construction infrastructure and power projects. Youll act for a broad range of major clients including developers contractors and consultants across litigation arbitration adjudication and other forms of ADR.
Our team is consistently ranked in the top tiers of legal directories and is known for the quality of its advice insight and client service. As we continue to grow were looking for someone with excellent technical ability a commercial mindset and proven experience in contentious construction. Youll need to be confident working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
