Job Summary

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Valencia Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with existing customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner (no cold calling)
  • Convert customer orders to in-house products where suitable
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
  • Guide conversations toward additional sales to support business growth
  • Accurately process orders using internal order management systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to support team and company development
  • Promote the role and encourage referrals to help grow the team

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native/fluent in German (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
    • Customer-focused with the ability to build trust quickly
    • Proactive sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
    • Comfortable handling multiple orders products and tasks simultaneously
    • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but training will be provided
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced growing environment
