What Youll Do:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets
Manage high-volume outreach (calls & emails) to engage prospects
Build strong relationships with decision-makers through consultative selling
Negotiate and secure new business agreements
Achieve and exceed sales goals with a results-driven mindset
Provide insights to management to shape solutions and sales strategy
Handle account admin and CRM updates with precision
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in English (C1); German Italian Romanian Hungarian Polish or other European languages are a big plus
Proven sales call center or upselling experience
Goal-oriented detail-driven and self-motivated
Confident communicator with charisma and storytelling ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for media/advertising
Availability Monday to Thursday (8:3017:00) Friday (8:3016:00)
