What Youll Do:

Gather analyze and document business requirements for software projects
Translate needs into clear specifications user stories and workflows
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment
Support sprint planning execution and delivery cycles
Assist in UAT and improve business processes through user feedback
Promote collaboration between business and technical teams

What Were Looking For:

Fluent English (C1) with strong communication skills
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field
3 years experience as a Business Analyst (FinTech/financial services preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Experience with Agile methodologies and software development cycles
Proficiency in documentation workflows and requirement management
