What Youll Do in This Role:

The Marketing Assistant under the direction of the Corporate Marketing Director plays a key role in supporting marketing production timelines and communications while helping to implement the Brio Living Services brand across all service lines. Daily tasks may include coordinating print projects branded promotional items banners billboards media placements and tracking progress along the way. This role also assists in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and quarterly tactical plans to ensure effective planning tracking and measurement of results. The Marketing Assistant collaborates closely with directors team members the foundation team and external partners including agencies media buyers and freelance designers while confidently upholding and promoting the Brio Living Services brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Corporate Marketing Director in meeting production schedules and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with invoicing printing estimates and payment follow-up.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and creative team environment.
  • Photograph and videotape events team members and groups as needed.
  • Maintain updated promotional vendor networking and referral lists for Brio Living Services projects.
  • Assist with social media and blog scheduling using Hootsuite.
  • Support marketing campaigns including promotional events expos and community activities.
  • Provide general administrative support including organizing files managing schedules and vendor communications.

What Youll Need:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for working with vendors colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools methods and practices.
  • A collaborative team-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
