You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations including recruitment compensation and benefits employee development labor relations and performance management. This role works closely with both the HR and Operations teams to ensure HR services support employee engagement and contribute to overall business success. The HR Manager also ensures strict adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in HR business operations or a related field.
OR
Associates degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Participate in the selection and onboarding of HR team members.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment sources and attend job fairs as needed.
Collaborate with recruitment partners and internal departments to attract and select diverse candidates.
Monitor external vendor performance and ensure effective talent sourcing strategies are in place.
Liaise with third-party providers to manage unemployment claims and ensure reporting accuracy.
Maintain proper records and attend hearings when necessary.
Ensure benefits-related resources are readily available for employees.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Ensure cross-training across departments to support business continuity.
Oversee ongoing employee training efforts and ensure leadership participation in training sessions.
Collaborate with department leaders to ensure that all new hires are properly trained for success.
Facilitate communication within the workplace through daily updates and meetings.
Review disciplinary actions for consistency and fairness.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
Partner with relevant teams for workplace incident investigations.
Reinforce performance expectations and maintain a positive work culture.
Maintain secure compliant employee files and ensure proper documentation practices.
Adhere to privacy standards for medical and personal records.
Support drug testing procedures and communicate company policies effectively.
Contribute to health and safety initiatives and manage workplace incident claims.
Coordinate with internal committees to promote a culture of safety and risk awareness.
Adapt to organizational change and clearly communicate its impact.
Effectively convey complex ideas through both verbal and non-verbal communication.
