Job Description
Are you the Program Director we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic clinical team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our youth!
Anchor Academy - Berkley Campus is a special education therapeutic day school that specializes in trauma-informed services for students ages 10-22 with complex trauma histories mental health issues educational challenges and/or behavioral difficulties. Anchor Academy offers students a supportive environment that addresses their education clinical pre-vocational recreational and behavioral needs. Individual group nursing and milieu counseling are provided.
Anchor Academy - Berkley Campusutilizes unique ARC (Attachment Self-Regulation and Competency) and BCC (Building Communities of Care) treatment frameworks that focus on building individual capacities for emotion regulation personal strengths and healthy relationships. Certified special education teachers provide students with curriculum that is aligned with the Massachusetts Curriculum Framework.
- YOU will be able to provide oversight and leadership to the staff including oversight of the clinical and nursing services at Anchor Academy - Berkley Campus to ensure that across all domains youth are receiving state of the art trauma informed care.
- YOU will be able to provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to Anchor Academy - Berkley Campuss Administrative Team including Clinical and Nursing Directors and be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families including but not limited to residential educational and clinical services
YOU will be able to provide responsibilities for the operations of all youth services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.

Must be 21 years of age.
Masters degree preferred in psychology education social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
At least three years experience in a residential treatment program for population served with at least three years at the management level.
Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
