Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Serving in Helena MT Full-Time & Part-Time

Were looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and related conditions through home- and community-based services.
Position Summary
As an RBT youll work one-on-one with individuals using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). Your work will directly support growth in communication independence and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy in homes and community settings
- Follow evidence-based treatment plans developed by an LBA
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with families caregivers and team members
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate records
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (or ability to obtain within 2 months)
- Valid Montana drivers license (or ability to obtain within 1 month)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Understanding of developmental disabilities autism and sensory needs
- Experience working with challenging behaviors
- Strong communication skillsverbal and written
- Independent organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule and ability to adapt
- Comfortable with light physical activity and behavior redirection when needed
- Positive respectful and professional in all relationships
