We are hiring an Audit Manager CPA for a WONDERFUL CPA Firm on the Northside of Indianapolis.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Specialize in tax planning and compliance for trusts estates and high-net-worth clients.
- Offer expert tax advisory services and strategic consultation to clients.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to senior accountants and junior staff.
- Conduct in-depth research to resolve complex tax matters.
- Ensure adherence to both state and federal tax regulations.
- Support client relationship management efforts and maintain strong client connections.
Essential Qualifications:
- Preferred background in business return preparation
- 3 years of experience as an Audit Manager.
- Extensive experience with state trust returns and 1040 tax filings.
- Expertise in managing complex multi-state tax filings.
- Skilled in researching intricate tax issues and offering client advice.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
- Active CPA
