Riverhawk Company a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Research and Development Engineering team. This is an entry level position for a recent graduate of a BSMET (or related) program with opportunities for growth and promotion. As a Test Engineer. you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of our prototype equipment on first-time builds development testing and repair. Your attention to detail mechanical expertise and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in supporting our product development and validation processes.
What Youll Do:
- Design build and operation of test equipment
- Collaborate with design service and marketing team on product development
- Operation of 3-D printer
- Perform first-time builds of prototype equipment
- Support manufacturing and service personnel troubleshoot product related issues
- Maintain a clean and well-organized engineering test lab
- Train the assembly team on new products
- Adhere to safety guidelines set forth by OSHA DEC and Riverhawk Company
What We Need: The qualifications below are requirements for the Test Engineer role.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology or a related field
- Strong mechanical ability to diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Aptitude and interest in working with data and measurement instruments
- Strong attention to observation and recording of test details
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Willingness to collaborate with various disciplines across the company
- Prior lab experience including experimentation and data acquisition/processing a plus
- Demonstrated skill in assembly and testing
- Demonstrated CAD skills is a plus

- Pay range $58000-$70000 annually (please note that this range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to prior experience knowledge skill and education as they relate to the positions qualifications)
