Morgan Hill
- Community (Property) Manager Lead daily operations resident experience and community performance.
- Maintenance Leader Oversee maintenance operations ensure safety and guide repair/upgrade projects.
San Jose
- Maintenance Leader Hands-on leadership role supporting maintenance and upkeep for San Jose communities. (Interviews for this role will be conducted at the Morgan Hill Career Fair.)
Regional Role
- Regional Maintenance Leader Oversee and support multiple communities across the region ensuring consistency compliance and operational excellence.
