This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a fast-growing entrepreneurial advisory firm with a strong reputation in the debt capital markets. Youll work on a wide range of transactions develop your network and play a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

• Client Consultation Attend meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Financial Analysis Assess debt capacity cash flow and risk to support decision-making.
• Debt Structuring Help tailor financing solutions to meet client goals.
• Transaction Execution Support deals from inception to completion including due diligence and documentation.
• Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with clients lenders and stakeholders.
• Business Development Grow your network across private equity lenders lawyers and management teams.
• Market Research Stay ahead of trends and advise clients on strategic opportunities.

• Experience 23 years post-qualified accountant (ideally in advisory) or equivalent experience in structured finance.
• Financial Acumen Strong grasp of corporate finance capital markets and financial modelling.
• Multi-Project Management Comfortable juggling multiple deals at different stages.
• Client Focus A relationship builder with a commitment to exceptional service.
