Regional Business Development Manager

Prestige Maintenance USA (Prestige) is experiencing exciting growth and were looking for a driven Regional Business Development Manager to help lead the charge. Position Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business within an assigned region. This individual will be responsible for prospecting networking managing the sales cycle and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure business growth. The RBDM will also collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with Prestiges strategic vision. This is a high-impact role for a driven self-starter who thrives on building relationships generating revenue and representing a company that delivers excellence in facility services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with company objectives.
Build prospect lists cold call set appointments and generate qualified opportunities.
Actively network and attend industry events to create and expand referral channels.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and RFP responses.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring a smooth hand-off to operations teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in the company CRM system.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted resource and problem solver.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of success in territory sales hunting/prospecting and new account acquisition.
Comfortable with cold calling and able to get past gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a sense of urgency.
Excellent networking ability and comfortable asking for referrals.
Highly organized able to juggle multiple priorities with strong administrative skills.
Team-oriented positive and solutions-focused.
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience selling janitorial facilities services or a related industry.
Involvement with ISSA IFMA BSCAI or other facility management organizations.
Strong presentation skills and ability to address groups or decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
