Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Falmouth MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating Evenings & Nights (3:00 PM 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Compensation: Up to $2280 weekly gross
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Falmouth MA. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care supervise nursing assistants and ensure smooth day-to-day unit operations. This role requires strong clinical skills attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing assistants and oversee daily unit operations.
Participate in shift planning staff meetings and care coordination.
Complete admission discharge and transfer documentation.
Accurately transcribe and administer physicians orders and medications.
Provide direct patient care including:
Wound care catheterization suctioning tube feedings.
Range of motion exercises and end-of-life care.
Conduct physician rounds and update treatment plans.
Monitor chart and report patient progress in a timely manner.
Collect lab samples and perform basic lab tests.
Ensure availability of medications and supplies.
Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Assist during regulatory inspections and uphold state and federal compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Active unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
