Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings

Location: Basingstoke RG11

Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our clients forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in the Basingstoke area.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic target-driven and capable of delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and winning new lettings business
• Liaising with landlords tenants and applicants
• Conducting viewings and securing lets
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
• Working towards targets and KPIs
• Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
• Thorough understanding of the lettings process
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and presentation
• Ambitious self-motivated and proactive
• Knowledge of Basingstoke area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
