Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Basingstoke RG11
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our clients forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in the Basingstoke area.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic target-driven and capable of delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating and winning new lettings business
- Liaising with landlords tenants and applicants
- Conducting viewings and securing lets
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in Residential Lettings
- Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- Thorough understanding of the lettings process
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional telephone manner and presentation
- Ambitious self-motivated and proactive
- Knowledge of Basingstoke area (advantageous)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
