Your key responsibilities include;
- Prepare exciting dishes for our international guests
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and menu creations
- Act as a contact for service staff and ensure smooth cooperation with other departments
Be able.
- Completed culinary training and solid professional knowledge
- Passion for fine dining and initial experience in a professional kitchen
- Enthusiasm for reinterpreting classics with high quality standards
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Eagerness to grow learn and contribute to a motivated team
- Familiarity with HACCP and its daily application
