$119935 - $162265Join FCC AgExpert one of Canadas leading ag-technology companies as a leader in oursoftware development team.You will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced technology development environment. Youll work with system architecture and design cloud and mobile development privacy and/or cyber-security. We are an agile team that develops industry leading cloud and mobile technologies that help Canadian farmers digitize their farm records.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with internal partners on product needs analysis
- Lead product development lifecycle analysis
- Oversee documentation of requirements specifications work breakdown structures and time estimates
- Co-ordinate core programming testing and documentation
- Maintain and enhance existing systems
- Coach and mentor a high-performing development team including project charters goal setting and performance management
