Join FCC AgExpert one of Canadas leading ag-technology companies as a leader in oursoftware development team.
You will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced technology development environment. Youll work with system architecture and design cloud and mobile development privacy and/or cyber-security. We are an agile team that develops industry leading cloud and mobile technologies that help Canadian farmers digitize their farm records.

What youll do:

Collaborate with internal partners on product needs analysis
Lead product development lifecycle analysis
Oversee documentation of requirements specifications work breakdown structures and time estimates
Co-ordinate core programming testing and documentation
Maintain and enhance existing systems
Coach and mentor a high-performing development team including project charters goal setting and performance management

What youll need:

A bachelors degree in computer science or business administration and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
