This role offers the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor combined with the structure and support of a team with proven systems for managing condos townhomes and single-family homes owned by small independent landlords.
- Manage a portfolio of properties throughout the Denver metro area
- Direct point of contact for your portfolio including owners residents and vendors while maintaining strong relationships
- Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Grace Management to present our services
- Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns
- Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes
- A strong moral and ethical foundationintegrity is non-negotiable
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management
- Active Colorado real estate license
- Personable likeable attitude
- Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate
- Confidence balanced with humility
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
