Job Summary
Leppo Rents is building something big and we need skilled Field Service Technicians to help us launch ourCentral Road Services Team!If youre passionate about hands-on equipment repair and want to work independently in the field this is your chance to make a direct impact.
Were hiring FOUR experienced technicians each based in or near one of four key areas:
Jacksonville
Gainesville
Ocala
St. Johns
Youll service your territory while collaborating closely with the central team to keep customer projects moving without downtime.
What Youll Do
Perform diagnostics troubleshooting and repairs on compact construction equipment directly at customer job sites.
Work withBobcat JLG Genie and other leading brands.
Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and help coordinate parts and repairs.
Serve as the go-to expert in your territory helping keep local projects on track.
What Were Looking For
Strong experience with construction equipment diagnostics and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical know-how.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with the central team.
Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
