This new position is for a field project manager.. The candidate needs to have past construction project management work.

Looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience.

The role is slated to work Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm. When the manager is ready he will be requesting 1 hour zoom panel interviews.

Job Summary :
This role manages and delivers projects of different sizes. You work closely with business partners to make sure each project is completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities (Simplified):

Project Planning & Execution

Lead several projects from start to finish.
Hold planning meetings with internal teams to define what the project will accomplish.
Set project goals and create detailed plans timelines and milestones.
Track progress to make sure the project stays on schedule and meets goals.

Problem-Solving & Communication

Identify project issues and work with others to fix them.
Regularly update the project team and stakeholders on progress.
Keep accurate project notes databases and records.

Budget & Risk Management

Plan and track the project budget.
Research and analyze information to help shape project plans.
Spot potential risks and use tools to manage or reduce them.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Share what the team learns with other teams to help future projects.
Use lessons from other projects to improve current work.

Team Leadership

Assign the right people to the right tasks.
Guide and support team members throughout the project.
Provide helpful feedback to support their development.
