Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
- Location: Hybrid in Monterrey MX. 8 days a month on-site. Possibility to get a travel stipend for travel.
- Type of Employment: Long-term contract hourly in USD. Possibility to turn into full-time employment.
- Rate: $20-$30/hr depending on years of experience.

About the Role
We are building a new delivery accelerator program and are seeking highly skilled Site Reliability Engineers with strong DevOps expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing building and operating resilient infrastructure while ensuring reliability scalability and success of mission-critical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability scalability and security.
- Implement automation monitoring and observability solutions to improve system performance and incident response.
- Work directly with customers including LATAM stakeholders to understand needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Own the success and reliability of assigned products by driving issues through to resolution no matter how complex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot resolve and prevent production incidents.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize systems and processes through innovation and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications
- 5 years ofexperience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer with hands-on infrastructure build-out experience.
- Strong background in automation CI/CD pipelines monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a figure it out mindset and perseverance to see issues through to completion.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
- Familiarity with containerization orchestration (Kubernetes Docker) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform Ansible etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience working in English-speaking environments and collaborating with global teams.
