What youll do

Production Scheduling / Planning
Support the creation adjustment and execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
Align production plans with capacity labor availability and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure schedule adherence.
Monitor WO status identify delays and generate recovery plans when needed.
Track production performance and maintain scheduling KPIs.
Monitor finished goods inventory levels and system accuracy.
Maintain updated records in system SAP
Provide daily reports on production inventory and order status.
Shipping
Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI PL AWB BL customs documentation).
Track shipments with forwarders/carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
Resolve transportation delays and delivery issues.
Maintain and update shipping KPIs.

What you must have

Proficient English Level
Experience in manufacturing environment / OEM supply chain role (S&OP Demand planning Supply Planning) or similar
Industrial Enginering Bachelor Degree
