Combs Ford Primary School currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to provide learning and care support for children in class including children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) in small groups or 1:1.

We are looking for someone who will:

• provide learning and care support for children with SEND in class in small groups or 1:1
• be the Designated Adult for named children
• work with the teacher to plan and deliver activities
• support children with routines transitions and behaviour management including successful entry into school in the morning
• responsible for supervising children and leading activities during the lunch break to ensure that the break runs effectively and that the safety and welfare of children is maintained.

Combs Ford Primary is a two-form entry primary school located to the south of the market town of Stowmarket where the Rivers Gipping and Rattlesden meet. We currently have 310 children on roll.
