Guest Relations Representative - Weekends Occasional

Job Purpose

The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission culture and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the face of the hospital to guests and the voice of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.

Work Schedule

• This is an Occasional statusworking every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm.

• Must pick up a minimum of 3 on-call shifts each month.

• Potential to pick up extra shifts on nights and/or weekends as available.

**Due to the nature of our pediatric services this organizations positions are classified as safety-sensitive roles. Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA) a safety sensitive position is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others. This statute allows Bethany Childrens Health Center to refuse to hire an applicant or discharge an employee in a safety-sensitive position who tests positive for marijuana even if the applicant or employee holds a valid Oklahoma medical marijuana license.
