Job Purpose
The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission culture and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the face of the hospital to guests and the voice of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.
Work Schedule
This is an Occasional statusworking every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
Must pick up a minimum of 3 on-call shifts each month.
Potential to pick up extra shifts on nights and/or weekends as available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller. | 10% |
Greet check-in and direct guests patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations. | 60% |
Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations | 15% |
Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby | 10% |
Other duties as assigned | 5% |
Qualifications
Education: | High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred. |
Experience: | 1 years in customer service hospitality role 1 year in administrative clerical or similar role |
License/Certification/Credential: | N/A |
