Your Opportunity

As a qualified Physiotherapist in Residential Aged Care youll join a large collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering personalised treatments.

Youll also be part of an exciting new approach to allied health. Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) gives our therapists the chance to create tailored evidence-based programs built around resident goals and priorities. This includes:

• Individual therapy interventions
• Group active ageing programs
• Care plan reviews
• Functional and mobility programs

This innovative model empowers you to deliver care that makes a meaningful difference in residents daily lives.

Your Duties (include but not limited to):

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations across ADLs mobility transfers falls prevention equipment needs pressure care skin integrity joint management and pain management.
• Provide therapy interventions that promote independence and well-being.
• Adapt flexibly to the needs of both Plena and our partner aged care facilities.
• Work confidently within the scope of the Physiotherapy profession.

What Youll Need

• Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check
