About the Role

Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role in a supportive multidisciplinary team At Plena Healthcare we provide personalised community-based care that makes a real difference in peoples lives.

As a Community Physiotherapist youll work with a diverse range of clients managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility function and independence. Youll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care.

Your clients will come from government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages Short Term Restorative Care and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme as well as private referrals.

This is a permanent role roughly 2 days of work per week in Ballarat VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

Support clients with mobility falls prevention pain management equipment needs and more

Work flexibly within your scope to meet the needs of both Plena and community-based providers

What Youll Need to Join Us

A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Australian working rights

Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check

Current drivers license and car
