Job Overview
PSC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Specialist to join our growing team. This fulltime position will be based in either Riyadh Saudi Arabia or Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and managing various projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international work environment.
Responsibilities
* Plan execute and monitor project activities ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
* Track project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
* Proactively address project challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.
* Manage project documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
* Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
* Experience working in an international context is desirable.
