Demetra Media is a performance marketing agency leading the industry for over 5 years! Specializing in traffic acquisition we are now venturing into building a robust affiliate network.
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to act as a hunter in the field: attending conferences closing deals and bringing in new advertisers and affiliates. This is a highly visible role directly driving company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new partners (advertisers and affiliates) and onboard them into the network
- Negotiate deals including budgets rates and monthly caps
- Represent the company at major conferences and industry events
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and deal-making
- Transfer signed partners to account managers for long-term management
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing sales or bizdev (advertisers/affiliates)
- Strong negotiation and networking skills; proven track record of closing deals
- Experience with CPA and affiliate payment models
- Existing partner base in Dating / Mainstream is a strong plus
- High energy self-driven can-do personality
- Upper-Intermediate English
