Our Client - is the worlds acknowledged market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcyclists. With the introduction in 2004 of the Bluetooth line of devices company has literally pioneered a new product category that was non-existent until then. Today the line includes the most advanced devices in the category from solid entry-level products to the most feature-rich communication and entertainment system available. The products can be found in motorcycle accessory stores in over 80 countries.

Currently we are seeking a prospective and ambitious Middle Project Manager to join our team in Lviv.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead complex cross-functional projects across mobile firmware backend and hardware domains to deliver high-quality product releases
Collaborate closely with the Mobile Architect Product Managers Product Owners Designers QA Leads and other stakeholders to define plan and execute product roadmaps
Drive project execution end-to-end - from scope definition and planning to delivery risk management and post-release evaluation
Ensure project milestones are met on time within budget and aligned with Cardos strategic priorities
Facilitate decision-making and alignment across distributed teams ensuring transparency and ownership at every level
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks dependencies and blockers while maintaining focus on business outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes tools and communication practices across teams
Be able to travel abroad for business trips.

Role Requirements:

3 years of proven experience managing complex software projects in the product development or engineering domain (preferably mobile and backend)
Experience in IT service business
Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and coordinating between business technical and design stakeholders
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies project governance and modern SDLC processes
Experience with project scheduling capacity planning and resource allocation in dynamic environments
Strong ability to manage scope risks dependencies and priorities in parallel workstreams
Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting project status reports risk assessments and release plans to senior management
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - able to drive discussions influence decisions and maintain alignment across diverse teams
Upper-Intermediate English level (both spoken and written).
Familiarity with product ecosystems involving mobile apps (iOS/Android) backend systems and firmware integration is a strong plus.
