Job Description
Location: Thessaloniki on-site
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Polish-speaking Back Office Support Advisor to join our team in Thessaloniki this role you will provide email-only support for a leading global gaming brand. Youll help gamers with account technical and transaction-related issues ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via email (no calls).
- Investigate and resolve account technical or payment-related issues.
- Provide clear accurate and timely responses in line with brand guidelines.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Polish (written) and good English (B2).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise multiple cases.
- Interest in gaming and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Thessaloniki.
