Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Spare Part Specialist Trainee to join our team on a fixed-term basis until the end of December 2025 working 10hrs per week.

You will be identify and add IMO numbers to approximately 2800 vessel projects in our SN REGISTRY (2017present) along with updating vessel names and vessel owners. This work will help us better understand our installed base and make it easier to create accurate reference lists for customers and internal use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for IMO numbers using internal tools (Iptor Sofia One Document Center) and external sources (Google vessel name hull number new build number customers project name).
  • Update the registry with IMO number vessel name and vessel owner.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in both Excel and our Salesforce/ERP systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear information.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent research skills using multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with vessel identifiers (IMO hull number NB number) is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems preferred.
  • Organised proactive and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
