Our client a leading Outsourcing & BPO company is looking for a French-speaking Sales Representative to join their lively offices in Valencia. This role is perfect for a motivated sales-driven individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth without the stress of cold calling.

What Youll Do:
Engage with existing customers by phone in a professional and friendly way
Convert customer orders to in-house products when suitable
Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential
Guide conversations to encourage additional sales and growth
Process orders accurately using internal systems
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute ideas to support team and company development
Promote the role and encourage referrals to grow the team
What Were Looking For:
Native or fluent French (C1) and strong English skills (B2)
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust quickly
Proactive sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple orders and products at once
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced growing environment
