Job Summary

As Junior Commercial Advisor from our offices in Barcelona HQ youll guide prospective students from the first contact to program booking delivering personalized educational solutions and ensuring a smooth satisfying experience.

What youll do:

  • Contact and follow up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) updated.
  • Manage the customer journey through to program booking and handover to the Customer Service team.

Qualifications :

Skills & Experience Youd Bring

  • Native-level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results
  • Fast learner adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • University degree or diploma in a related field

Conditions

Permanent contract  Full time- (Monday to Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

Hybrid work model after the trial period.

Competitive Gross salary very competitive commission system 

Start date: ASAP
