Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Location: Juno Beach FL (Onsite from Day 1)
Employment Type: Contract

Note: Architect-level certifications are preferred but not required. The client is seeking a strong technical resource who can step into a lead role and drive Salesforce solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

Define articulate and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce technical resources fostering their professional and technical growth.
Translate business requirements into effective scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Ensure system performance quality and reliability by actively participating in planning code reviews and system testing.
Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices design patterns integration approaches and deployment considerations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms including at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
Strong expertise in APEX Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce APIs and SOQL.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative features and integration capabilities.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II Application Architect System Architect or Technical Architect are strongly preferred (not mandatory).
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with proven success managing technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
