Location: Plano TX 75093

Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 04:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor of Breast Imaging to join our this role you will lead and support a dynamic imaging department ensuring quality care and efficient operations. You will be responsible for supervising planning organizing and continuously improving work processes in Breast Imaging including Mammography Bone Density MRI Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine.

The Supervisor will manage staff orientation provide ongoing coaching and mentorship oversee daily workflow and perform imaging procedures as needed. This position also acts as the liaison in the absence of the department manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the Breast Imaging department
Lead and support a team of imaging technologists across various modalities
Ensure high-quality imaging services in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Perform breast imaging exams including Mammography and Bone Density
Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for coordinated patient care
Facilitate staff onboarding training and performance evaluations
Maintain accurate records and uphold departmental protocols
Serve as point of contact in the absence of the department manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience: 3 years in Breast Imaging (Mammography experience required)
Preferred: Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Certification: ARRT (M) Mammography certification required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead motivate and develop team members
Proficient in imaging technology quality assurance and workflow optimization
