If you have valid QID and are Qatar resident press NO when asked for :We are looking to hire a Facility Supervisor (Electrical) for a national oil and gas operator in Doha must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Electrical works related to high-rise in English is a must. Key Responsibilities:Supervise the site construction/installation of work of relevant engineering disciplines of assigned Construction contracts and ensure that the work is carried out safely and in compliance with the Scope of Work approved Engineering Standards and SpecificationsParticipate in constructability reviews as and when requiredReview contractors construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAsMonitor the progress of construction in accordance with the planned scheduleCheck inspect and test completed project work and/or arrange appropriate pre-commissioning inspections and tests Initiate Mechanical Completion CertificatesEnsure and follow up completion and clearance of all Punch List itemsReview and endorse red marked up and as built drawingsParticipate in hand-over and acceptance review commissioning procedures and participate in the commissioning of facilitiesReview and endorse the Construction Dossier for the assigned projectsAccountable for all actions and decisions initiated to meet targets and goals as definedWorks independently within established procedures and is expected to use analytical and intuitive capabilities for decisionsResponsible for accuracy and quality of workSupervise the Facility Management Contractors daily operations and maintenanceParticipate in technical evaluation budgeting planning and work execution on sitesEvaluate all technical issues on-site related to design and operation and provide recommendationEnsure services are delivered in accordance with the Facility Management ContractSupervise day-to-day maintenance activities on the Facilities and manage the activities of the appointed FM operatorAnalyze non-conformances and KPI data for trends review technical reports and recommend continuous improvement in the projectsMaintain a working relationship and full coordination with all stakeholders to provide a high level of serviceImplement procedures standards and performance criteria to supervise the facilitiesEnsure compliance with all health safety environmental and risk management policies (local and international standards) Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering discipline from a recognized University or Diploma with extensive construction experience in supervision of Electrical works related to high-rise building projectsA minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Engineer in Electrical works related to high-rise buildingsExperienced in the implementation of industry best practices and systems processes and standards related to constructionGood skills in construction management and leadership team building effective communication and conflict resolutionGood presentation skills and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and active listenerThe ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments is criticalProficient in the use of Microsoft Office OutlookKnowledge of the use of CAFM/CMMS and CAD is preferred RequirementsWhere are you locatedWhats your nationalityWhat is your expected salary for this jobWhat is your notice period; when can you engage this jobPlease only apply and press yes if you have read the requirements education experience and certifications and match application wont be accepted if nationality is Iran Iraq Sudan Egypt Israel Congo Afghanistan Libya.
