Night Shift Rotating Weekend Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment Anesthesia Equipment anesthesia machines fluid warmers transducers Infusion EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Previous Cardiac Anesthesia Experience Proficient in cardiac and thoracic procedures adherence to sterile practices Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Ability to comfortably interact with the team communicating clearly and concisely with the anesthesia team List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac and thoracic procedures Best personality Fit: Ability to work in a face paced environment quickly assess situations identify potential problems and implement solutions.
