Kforce has a client in search of a hands-on Azure Development Lead in Houston TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong development skills and architectural insight particularly in migrating lightweight desktop applications to the cloud using the Blazor framework. The role starts with a design-heavy focus and transitions into full development once the design is finalized.

Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that support online/offline functionality with minimal code changes.
Design and develop scalable API servers and cloud resources.
Optimize cloud architecture and resource usage.
Contribute to the ongoing Blazor prototype project and support client requirements.
Conduct code reviews and provided mentorship to junior developers
Create comprehensive documentation for code APIs and system architecture

Required Skills : - Proficiency in C# and Azure cloud development. - Experience with Blazor framework and cloud application development. - Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture and resource optimization. - Ability to integrate legacy codebases (e.g. FORTRAN) into modern cloud environments. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Prior experience leading and mentoring junior members.
