Job Description
Job Role - IQVIA Analyst
Location - Chicago IL 60064(Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the QMS software (user management access control configuration updates).
Perform routine maintenance patches and upgrades in coordination with IT and vendors.
Monitor system performance availability and security.
Manage system-related change requests deviations incidents and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with quality and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for all system updates incidents and fixes.
Act as the point of contact between business users IT and software vendors.
