Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing services across the US market. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify prospect and secure new client accounts across various industries
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers HR directors and C-level executives
  • Market Research: Identify market trends client needs and competitive landscape to create targeted sales strategies
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 years in B2B sales preferably in staffing recruiting or HR services
  • Track Record: Proven success in new business development with measurable results
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of US staffing industry labor laws and hiring processes
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales tools
