Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our staffing services across the US market. This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify prospect and secure new client accounts across various industries
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM systems LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales tools
