1- Do you have experience working within a poultry (or other protein) processing plant

Primary Purpose:

Be responsible for a larger role in process optimization projects leading lean manufacturing initiatives and working independently on complex analyses to support production improvements. This mid-level role is responsible for overseeing efficiency projects collaborating with other engineers and providing technical expertise in process engineering.

Qualifications:

*** Candidates MUST HAVE 2 year s experience working within a Poultry or Protein processing plant within an Industrial Engineering role. ***

Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)

3 5 years relevant experience.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing Six Sigma and process optimization tools.

AutoCAD skills.

Collaboration skills and strong teamwork skills.

Protein industry experience a must poultry manufacturing experience preferred.

Should be able to troubleshoot and re-design existing systems routinely.

Work environment includes but is not limited to a normal office environment and operations environment (processing feed mill hatchery and wastewater treatment facility).
