| 4 | Required | Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems including wireframes prototypes and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma Adobe XD and Sketch. |
| 4 | Required | Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. |
| 4 | Required | Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy contrast and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. |
| 4 | Required | Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. |
| 5 | Preferred | Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines workflows and system architecture. |
| 3 | Preferred | Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. |
| 3 | Preferred | Bachelors degree in graphic design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted. |
