Site Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Operations Specialist to support logistics and site operations at a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth communication between the factory site and the operations team.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Verify inbound tote box labels received from the Joliet Hub.
Manage outbound haulage in coordination with the logistics team.
Communicate with the client regarding inbound shipments and escalate issues promptly to the team leader.
Collect and report client requests and requirements in a timely accurate manner.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
