The Role
As an Affiliate Specialist youll be responsible for building managing and optimizing Verbatiks affiliate marketing program. Youll identify new affiliate opportunities strengthen relationships with existing partners and drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns and partnerships.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Develop launch and manage the Verbatik affiliate program across global markets
- Recruit onboard and nurture new affiliate partners
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates
- Monitor performance metrics prepare reports and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall brand strategy
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends tools and best practices
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing / partnerships
- Proven track record of growing and managing affiliate programs
- Strong knowledge of affiliate networks tracking platforms and analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
- Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
