- Need Local to TX with same State Id Only.
- MUST BE LOCAL CANDIDATES to the Dallas/Plano TX area.
- A leading global financial institution is seeking a highly skilled KDB Developer to support its unified cloud and data strategy across the Global Banking and Markets (GBM) division.
- As a contractor you will be part of a high-performing team of professionals within a 12000 member global organization delivering cutting-edge technology and governance solutions for clients and partners.
- MUST HAVE BANKING or HEDGE FUND EXPERIENCE IN THEIR RECENT JOBS/Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Unified cloud/data strategy: centralize into functional models (real-time analytical operational) modernize platforms enable AI/ML.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7 10 years of experience in Capital Markets (preferably within a bank or hedge fund).
- Proven expertise in KDB/q including market data handling time-series modeling and query optimization.
- Solid understanding of trading and risk data flows as well as real-time systems.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with low-latency programming in Java C or Python.
