Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst role is responsible for understanding systems business processes and data to support the discovery design implementation and ongoing support of data processes IT systems and projects related to the customer experience. This role involves coordinating and tracking multiple project teams to meet broad business needs.

Location: Houston Texas United States.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product owners and business process owners to document requirements and align team goals to deliver business priorities.
- Collaborate with business owners to define requirements and execute on the customer product roadmap.
- Work with SMEs to capture business problems groom stories and define acceptance criteria for releases.
- Support initiatives and projects by establishing plans setting priorities monitoring progress and aligning KPIs to track business value.
- Lead functional design discussions prepare documentation and ensure project integration across applications and initiatives.
- Develop reports and presentations to support ongoing and future projects.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog management discovery and implementation.
- Contribute to integrated implementations across business systems including QA testing system analysis and project management.
- Facilitate program standups demos and stakeholder communications.
- Collect and analyze data on current and future processes supporting business and data glossary development.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of data management/governance practices and business process documentation.
- Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
- ANSI SQL (hands-on experience)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of data management/governance practices and business process documentation.
- Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
- ANSI SQL (hands-on experience)
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Business Analysis or Project Management certification.
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Business Analyst methodologies system design/analysis
- Data Governance methodologies
- Master & Reference Data Management (Stibo preferred)

Special Considerations:
- Hybrid requirement: 4 days per week onsite in Houston TX.
- Temp-to-hire after 6 months (parking reimbursement begins after conversion to FTE).
